A yoga done on a big ball is benificial to anyone who does it even the strong athletes . This raises the difficulty level of the yoga increasing the results . A exercise on a big ball will help you manage balancing and muscles co-ordination.

Basic Crunches for Abs
Place your feets firmly on the ground and balance your body on the round ball,keeping your thigh parallel to the ground.Balance you body and do simple crunches balancing your body on the ball. While doing the crunches lift your upper body and arms only.

The advantage of doing crunches on a ball is to strengthen the muscles that are used less in our daily routine which gets passive due to less use of it. This muscles are used for balancing on the ball. So crunches on a ball will have effect on your major muscles as well as your minor muscles too.

Precautions:-
Before using the ball check your dress for sharp materials that may cause the ball to blast during exercise. Use the ball over a mat without any sharp materials arround. Be sure if you loose balance or fall down, you will fall in a soft and firm place.
